Hard to say: Without having more information. As in, is there a rash on your chin? Any new products you are using on your skin? Any allergic symptoms like sneezing or itchy eyes? Your symptoms could be due to any number of skin issues from an allergic response to a fungal infection. Without seeing the area or knowing more, it's difficult to better guide you.
