It is Okay to do so.: Macrobid is an antibacterial urinary tract antibiotic and is safe drug to use for the duration of the infection, usually 7 to 10 days. Biotin is a vitamin supplement and safe to use any time. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is for Attention deficit disorder or Narcolepsy for alertness and concentration. It is usually taken for several months and care should be given to side effects like insomnia, anorexia & palpitations
