Give it time: There are many different ways in which a newborns hair can change over time. Some are born with a thick head of hair that persists. Other newborns are born with hair and then loose it during the first few months of life. Others are born with no/minimal hair. Either way a babies hair can change over time so the color/texture now might be different months or even years from now.
