Spring Allergies?: Depending on where you are, pollen counts may be on the rise. Isolated nasal itching/sneezing with onset this time of year is highly suspicious. One could try otc cetirizine (if no contraindications) and closing the windows. If no improvement in a couple of weeks, consult an Allergist.
