That one is hard: Sounds persistant and evaluated w/o diagnosis. Consider stress and mood. If not sleeping well, tired, you may be "hyper perceptual" the hypothalamus regulates temperature is affected by rapid changes in glucose. Hypoglycemia has similar symptoms, low probability. If anxiety an snri(norepinephrine affects hypoth.) like Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30mg and tx for sleep if needed may help, b-blocker atenolol?
