I have another question, i was told i had cysts on my ovaries by one doctor but i suffrred 3misscarriages and was told i needed progesterone therapy?

Past few months(maybe a year) I experience menstrual cramps for 5 days and tiny brown discharge on&off leading up to period(that shortened to 26-27days).then period eventually comes,with very little pain.have regular ovulation.is it low progesterone?
Last menstrual cycle was 9/17. No period since. Negative HPT. Was on progesterone only pills for a number of years and stopped them in July.
I have polycystic looking ovaries always on ultrasound, but when I do progesterone blood test it always indicates I ovulated, am thin and have no acne, have regular periods. please explain why? am planning to try to conceive in a year time?
