Genital odor: a family physician should be able to help with this. What type of odor?? - yeasty?? or urine or stool odor?? -If you are overweight you may have a yeast infection in your skin folds. Given your age incontinence should usually NOT be an issue. mucusy stools may cause an odor but be rather obvious. Certain STD's can cause discharges with odors. good luck
