Lumbar "faciities"?: Did you mean acute lumbar facet( joint pain)? If so, this is frustrating to patients since these structural joints can be aggravated without any fall, lifting incident, etc. Simple things like quickly turning over in bed, getting out of a chair, twisting to do laundry, vacuuming, sweeping mopping, etc. can aggravate these joints. Good thing is that they'll settle down without aggressive measures
