Bilat pronation: just refers to bilateral (both feet)...same as over pronation. Some doctors would prefer that you get custom made insoles, in which case you could see a podiatrist. Depending on the age of your child, you may be able to find adequate over-the-counter ones, but to be sure you have the proper fit, it's best to buy them in person and have your chld's feet measured for them.
