Could be many things: From an issues with the lining of your stomach or small intestines to a problem with your gallbladder and/or liver. It could even be related to your colon or pancreas. With a problem like this, you are best served by an inperson evaluation as the differential(possible causes) is so broad. Seek help sooner rather than later.

Gallbladder: Pain in the right upper quadrant (RUQ) causing nausea is commonly due to gallbladder disease. The gallbladder is located in the RUQ. Dysfunction of the gallbladder or blockage of the ducts by a stone can result in RUQ pain, associated with nausea and vomiting. These symptoms are more likely to occur after eating a meal especially one high in fat.
