It should!: Congratulations! Try to be patient and confident - this will eventually be a good health move and you'll be glad you succeeded. A suggestion I give patients: W/out the cigarette, do the smoking breath pattern for several minutes at a time up to as often as you smoked. Inhale fully. Hold it. Blow out a full exhale. It's good for you and missing it is partly why quitting's hard.
