R/O LYME: If you have the tick tape it to a card and bring it to your doctor in the am or to the er of symptoms worsen. You may develop a scrotal cellulitis requiring topical and oral antibiotics. You need to be examined and have labs drawn for LYME and erlichiosis another tick borne disease. While results are pending normally empiric doxycycline is started for 3weeks. Initial labs may be - rechek 3mths
