Exam needed: Without inspecting these areas it's not possible to make a diagnosis. Linear skin markings in these locations may be an allergic reaction to clothing. Stretch marks are also commonly seen there, but itching would be unusual. If these areas don't clear with the application of a cortisone type cream, see your physician for evaluation.
