I found this patch of dry skin on my stomach. it was much smaller but i scratched it, its been two months now. it isnt itchy. what is it?

Hard to say: This could be something very simple like xerosis (dry skin) that is getting larger because of scratching. This could also be something fungal or eczema. Given this forum i cannot say for sure. However, seeing your doctor would help you figure this out. A dermatologist may be needed.
