Been feeling under the weather, got parkinsons, struggling to walk even more and cold, wife has to help pee in the night from every 30 min to 2 hours?

Urinary infection?: Many things could cause these nonspecific symptoms, but I would worry about a urinary infection. A medical exam and lab work in the next 24 hours is warranted.

Need neurologist: This is not simple, as you may well have prostate problems in addition to Parkinson's. Have a urologist get involved, consider a different regimen for neurological issues, even perhaps Deep Brain Stimulation. Have found physical therapy to be of great benefit. Hope this helps.
