Start moving!: Degenerative changes start much earlier than most people think. First, get a detailed physical with comprehensive blood and urine tests to make sure you don't have any other medical condition to make your bone weaker. After that get a referral for PT, take any supplements needed but make regular physical exercise in a gym your routine 3-4 times per week.
