Not really: If, by 'tolerance,' you mean that your pain is no longer relieved, then you will need to involve the doc who prescribed it. Depending on what you're taking it for and your history of response, the doc may decide to add another drug or replace this one entirely. Either way, know that you are at the highest daily dose and that you should not stop taking it suddenly and without talking to your doc.
