Yes: sometimes during colonoscopy slight trauma to the walls of colon happens during the procedure. It should go away soon ,consult your doctor if it didn't .

Not related: But the good news is more often than not, the cause of your testicular itching can be easily treated. See your PCP for diagnosis and treatment.
