Colace (docusate sodium) and MOM: PreColonoscopy colon must be cleaned and GoLytly will be used (PEG) to flood bowel with intestinal fluid which cleanses colon. If constipated now use Colace as a stool softener and Haley's MO which is milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) and mineral oil . Stay on soft diet free of roughage and vegetables which will also help.
