Had a colonoscopy today with demerol and benadryl (diphenhydramine) and i'm still itching can i take another benadryl (diphenhydramine). can i also take a 5mg of valium.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is fine: Not knowing how much other medication you have taken, however, or what your tolerance is to them, i can't answer regarding the valium.
