Initially irregular: If you are saying you had your first period ever, it is not unusual for a woman's menstrual cycle to be irregular after what is called menarche. In this circumstance your period is likely to come back, unless you have been sexually active - then you could be potentially pregnant. A home pregnancy test done on urine will tell.
