Hard to know,: if you're thin, it could be the bottom edge of your liver and would be nothing to worry about. Without any other symptoms, I would feel at ease. You would not be able to feel the hepatic flexure.

Probably not.: If one has an abnormal; finding (like a beast lump) it's time to see your PCP
