Unsure of diagnosis: We need to know the kind of documentation you have to make the diagnosis. Need to know why sicker than a joint imaging was being done. There are some inflammatory arthritis syndromes that might fit part of this.we need to discuss with your physician and consider seeing a rheumatologist
