Hi i always wake up woth a blocked and runny mose only goes away if i take piriton. also if any one is smoking or sprays any smellys it sets me off up?

Nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, headache, facial pains and earache can be triggered by fragrances, dust mites, grass, trees, pets, environmental molds and such. There are outdoor and indoor allergens. For treatment, OTC nasal steroid and nasal saline are worth a try; if you use them before bed you may awaken more symptom-free.
