i have had a pacemaker since jan 2009, i have not seen any doctors since and i smoke, how much longer will i live??

See your doctor : No doctor can tell you how much longer you have to live. It is always a good idea to have regular check-ups at least on an annual basis. You may want to see a cardiologist to check your pacemaker. Don't ignore your health. You deserve to live as long as possible. Don't put it off. Go see your doctor. Best wishes to you for a long healthy life!
