Wonderful aims!: You must know that these goals are not achieved by a few sentences - but they are excellent goals. You can try to find folk you trust to explore these ?'s w/. Teachers, clergy, relatives - good people. A supportive therapist/counselor would be a good choice. Groups into literature and music, meditation, yoga, etc can build connections. Be patient - it takes time!

Goodness..: A lot of great questions here, and possibly all interconnected.Focusing on the issue of jealousy, it can be quite destructive, but it is possible to learn how to straightforwardly express concerns and work things out with one's partner.Jealousy and self confidence certainly interact and one way to constructively cope with jealousy is by increasing one's own sense of self reliance and independence.
