GYN exam: See a physician for a pelvic examination and vaginal bacterial culture and medical treatment. You can wash the vaginal area out with a baking soda/water douche until seen.

Bacterial vaginosis: Malodorous vaginal discharge is usually a sign of infection. Bacterial vaginosis is a common infection that causes malodorous discharge, that is often worse after intercourse or towards the end of your period. BV is not a sexually transmitted infection, it is caused bacteria that commonly lives in the vagina normally; it is treatable. Sexually transmitted infection (STI) is another possibility.
