Platelets: Not sure what the units you refer to are, but lower limits of normal platelets are >150,000/dL. If you have lower counts there are many possible causes, from poor production due to bone marrow issues, to peripheral destruction either in the blood stream or in tissues like the spleen. This needs a detailed analysis. See a hematologist and have this assessed. Good luck.
