I have antiphospholipid and adrenal failure d/t pit. surgery. on off days from work (rn) i'm nearly bed fast d/t weakness & fatigue. what to do? :(

Contact endo: You need to contact your endocrinologist. You may not be getting enough hydrocortisone, which is the most concerning of urgent possibilities. Your thyroid may be under active. With anti phospholipid + antibodies you should also contact your rheumatologist.
