How accurate are the results from a colonoscopy as compared to the results from an at-home stool test?

Colonoscopy better: Two stool tests available. Guaiac for blood not accurate picking up blood from hemorrhoids. Stool test for p53 gene mutation does not tell that tumor is present but that stool shows colonocytes with potential for being associated with cancer. Obviously colonoscopy which provides direct visualization of bowel most accurate with bx available
