How will having bladder rupture affect me down the road?

Usually no problems: If diagnosed and treated properly, usually no long term problems. Rupture is usually associated with other problems, usually trauma, so any long term issues are usually secondary to lasting issues from the trauma.

It may not affect: If this was a simple rupture due to trauma that did not result in other injuries, as long as it has been repaired well, you may never suffer any consequences. But, if it ruptured in such a way that required the surgeon to make the bladder smaller, you might experience early filling and urinary urgency.
