Pos extraction: you can eat soft foods after a tooth extraction. So yogurt is a good choice. You do need good nutrition so your body a heal quickly.

Soft foods advised: I would advise a liquid, soft food diet to gain nutrition and ease any pain. Soup. blended smoothies, gatorade, yogurt, jello are all good options. I'm sure that you don't feel like eating any solid foods and just need to maintain nutrition.

Eat soft foods: The day after the extraction you can eat pudding, yogurt, or shakes. Slowly add solid foods as the extraction site heals. Keep good oral hygiene after meals.
