Nigeria; hm...: The muscle pain suggests the possibility of viral or parasitic infection or an immune-mediated process. Are you living in an area where certain parasites are endemic? Bodies of water, man-made lakes, etc.? Have you recently eaten any undercooked pork? I suspect that a local doctor will have a much better idea of the possibilities than here Stateside.
