1 mouth ago, i aggravated my low back,while bending down to put groceries away. i'm slowly getting better. why does it affect my hips at times?

2: possibilities, you herniated a disc that's irritating part of the sciatic nerve, or if pain anteriorly below hip, that arthritis has caught up in the hip.
