See dr asap: I would need more information, including which drugs he uses and how he takes them (ie, injects), to help narrow down possible diagnoses. My biggest concern is that sores can be do to skin infections from injecting, and trouble urinating from kidney failure or an STD, Take him for medical evaluation asap. Take Care!
