Yes: Amounts as little as nanogram levels (0.000001 mg) are detectable in urine. Depending on the activity level of metabolic enzymes in your liver (some people are "fast metabolizers" based on their genetics and enzymes can be blocked or enhanced by other drugs and foods) the half-life is around 11hrs. So it can take days to weeks to clear. Xanax (alprazolam) can be dangerous and should only be taken by script.
