Immune likely: High IgG levels usually mean immune to rubella from past MMR vaccine. The units are not mentioned in the question The OB will discuss with you if asked...that would be my advice.

It could be a false-: positive IgM since you had no symptoms of Rubella & your IgG titer did not increase. Do ask your OB-GYN. You can also ask an infectious disease specialist if it's worth getting a 3rd set of titers in a week or so. A culture for Rubella has to be sent to a specialty lab or the CDC & is very expensive. Look at your immunization records to see if you had both an initial & booster MMR vaccine.
