Miscarriage info : I'm so sorry to hear that. Miscarriages are out of your control. Waiting for it up pass is ok. Diarrhea is not a sign. Cramping may be first sign, followed by bleeding. If you experience very heavy bleeding with persistent clots, call your MD. Some miscarriages may require a D&C to help you clear the uterus. Also, there is medication up help you pass it (misoprostal). Watch for any fever.
