Yes: The fact that you've had 4 miscarriages in a row is obvious cause for concern. There could be something anatomically wrong, or chromosomally wrong. It's hard to say whether this cramping is a miscarriage, only time will tell. I'm sorry you're going through this and hope you're successful with this pregnancy. Get an ultrasound at around 5 1/2 weeks and hopefully you'll see a heartbeat.
