Get checked: A a young age this can be normal. As you get older there is a good chance that both breasts will be close to the same size. Most people's breasts are not exactly the same. Get checked and talk with your doctor

Breast asymmetry: Contrary to common belief we are not symmetric, meaning we are not the same on each side of our body. One hand or foot may be a different size and it is not unusual for one breast to be larger than another. I know it is scary for you. There are paddings you can use so you don't feel weird (although no one really knows) when you stop growing surgery could help if desired.
