I got a shot of methylprdnisolone actat 40 mg a week ago. i've been feeling tired & shaky at times almost like low blood sugar. is this the cause?

Possible?: I suppose it's possible, but not common with an injection of a corticosteroid, more common to see things like this with systemic ingestion of corticosteroids. If it continues much longer I would request a follow up visit with your administering doctor to discuss.
