Well,: Flatulence can very widely in smell largely depending on diet and the intestinal microbiome. Your description is not concerning. If you're worried about low anal sphincter tone, one would expect fecal incontinence with that as well.

Are you alone?: If you are the only person in the room, it's you. Pay attention to your diet. Also note any changes in color of your stool. Liver problems are one source of foul odored gas and excrement. Be observant but not paranoid. Should concern persist see your health care professional.
