Hematuria: I would take her to the ER for a work up regarding this hematuria. She needs to rule out infection and make sure the baby is looking fine as well. Don't put this off.

Significant bleeding: Significant bleeding during pregnancy is always cause for concern. If you are not comfortable with your daughter- in- law's assessment and care, exercise the right to a second opinion.
