Urinary tract : infection can cause blood in urine, as can trauma. if no blood recurs you are probably ok but it it recurs see your gynecologist right away. To be safe you can always see doctor and get urinalysis

Yes!: Urinating blood may mean an underlying disease that is still there when the blood is not passing. Examples urine infection or stones or kidney disease/inflammation. You need to know that your lab is normal and to get a peace of mind that there is no serious illness to expect.
