I went to get tested for bv took shower the night before and today the doc said there was barely discharge it was beg could it be because i washed it ?

Sounds unlikely: Showering without douching wouldn't make any difference; you did nothing wrong. Scant discharge is to be expected in bacterial vaginosis. The main BV symptom is odor, often fishy and often more prominent after sex. No matter now little dishcarge, diagnosis of BV should be accurate from a vaginal swab (high pH, amine "sniff" test, microscopy with clue cells; or a sialidase test like BVBlue®)
