Scoliosis: if its confirmed Scoliosis, the management is complicated but ill try to simplify it as much as possible. Patients with trunk rotation angles 1-20 degrees, are followed clinically every 6 months. 20-40 degrees managed with braces. more than 40 or 50 degrees require surgical intervention. you have to exclude Marfan first before considering scoliosis management

It depends: it depends on the severity of the scoliosis, the degree of symptoms it causes and whether he truly has Marfans. See a rheumatologist.
