Only if you've eaten: more than you've exercised...or consumed more calories than you've burned and that all the calories were either starch, sugar, or fat. Otherwise, if you've been following (as one should) good dieting habits along with exercising then, gaining weight as in the way of fat from exercise is NOT POSSIBLE.
