Without papiledema, is my benign intercranial hypertension unlikely to make me go blind? other sx are bad but eyesight ok so far. please help.

Unlikely: Most commonly papilloedema from idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) causes the natural blind spot that everyone has in their vision to be slightly larger. Most of the patients I see are still 20/20. It is reassuring that your eye exams are coming back normal. Continue follow up with your ophthalmologist and the team managing your IIH. Missing check ups is a hazard. Good luck.
