Fibromyalgia? : 23y female has low back pain, fatigue & functional/dysautonomia symptoms of migraine, IBS & pelvic organs. Chronic pain begets non-restorative sleep, depression & fatigue. A thorough medical exam is needed to rule out inflammatory, autoimmune & hormonal disorders. Absent explanatory findings, fibromyalgia becomes a concern. A unifying disorder might be Hypermobility Syndrome.
