Yes and no: Hi Russell952. Late in pregnancy short lasting pains in the abdomen are common, as the enlarged uterus stretches and pushes on sensitive tissues and organs. However, make sure you dont have a urinary tract infection, gall bladder infection, or hernia. Strongly consider at least a urine and maybe a blood test (liver problem), and check blood pressure with your practitioner.
